How to Reconstitute PEPTIDES
Step-by-step guide for proper reconstitution.
Step-by-step guide for proper reconstitution.
You will need: peptide vial, bacteriostatic water (BAC water), alcohol swabs, and a sterile syringe.
Wipe the rubber stopper of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab. Allow to dry.
Using a sterile syringe, draw your desired amount of bacteriostatic water (typically 1-2 mL for most peptides).
Insert the needle into the peptide vial and slowly release the water down the inside wall of the vial. Do NOT spray directly onto the powder as this can damage the peptide.
The peptide will dissolve on its own. Never shake the vial - gentle swirling is acceptable if needed.
Once fully dissolved (solution should be clear), your peptide is ready.
